With Hiit Music you can exercise to the beat of your own music. HIIT alternates between short but intense periods of exercise with recovery periods, being one of the most effective trainings to gain resistance and improve fat burning.

Just open your mp3 folder and select what songs you want to listen for each intensity.

You can also change the time settings of this exercice to your own, with an intuitive interface that allows you to change the duration of each period and the number of rounds.

+Configure the time of preparation, workout, recovery, and number of sets.

+Save your own exercice configurations, adding them to our own selection of preexistent workouts. (Tabata, etc.)
